Most items sold by us are returnable for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note however certain items are not returnable at all and some items may be returnable subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. See below for a list of items that are subject to restocking fees

Returns of Non-Defective Merchandise
Non-Defective merchandise that may be returned must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and require an RMA number. Please see instructions below for obtaining an RMA #. All such items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns of Defective Merchandise
All found to be defective items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, and require an RMA number. RMA number is required and item must be returned in "like new" condition. We will replace the defective item with the same new item free of charge. Restocking fees do not apply to defective merchandise that is being replaced.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization #, please email us at cservice@russianbooksusa.com with following information:

• Your name, order number, and date of receipt.
• Model number of the product and overview of the problem.
• Daytime telephone number where you can be reached.
• All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay and/or partial forfeiture of your credit.
