Shipping of all our orders is done by USPS (United States Postal Service). Order Processing
We process and ship your order within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. Most orders paid before 7AM EST are shipped the same day. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Handling
We carefully package each item by using brand new shipping materials (bubble wrapping, shipping boxes, CD Mailers, etc.) in order to protect your purchase from potential damage in transit. Shipping - Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)
- 1.1. Shipping Methods
Three shipping methods are available for all books, CDs, and DVDs orders. Their estimated delivery time depends on the destination and is provided by USPS.
Media Mail, estimated delivery time 2-8 days to the Lower 48 Continental U.S. States; 3-5 weeks to Hawaii and Alaska
Priority Mail, 2-3 days
Express Mail, 1 day to most areas - 1.2. Tracking and Shipment Notification
Delivery confirmation (tracking number) is provided for free to all USA customers. Every customer receives a shipment sotification with USPS tracking number via email once the order is shipped. - 1.2. Insurance
Optional insurance is equal to USPS Rates (currently $1.65 for the first $50.00).

- 2.1. Shipping Methods
The following shipping methods are available for all orders (subject to package weight). Their estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and is provided by USPS.
First-Class Mail® International, for packages weighing less than 4 lbs, estimated delivery time varies according to USPS. In our experience, it usually takes 6-10 days, but it may take longer.
Priority Mail® International, for all packages, estimated delivery time 6-10 days according to USPS
Express Mail® International, for all packages, estimated delivery time 5 days to most countries - 2.2. Tracking and Shipment Notification
Only Express mail has a tracking service. First-Class Mail® and Priority Mail® mail classes do not offer complete tracking service. However, every customer receives a Shipment Notification with customs declaration number via email once the order is shipped. In rare case of delivery delay customer can inquire to local customs regarding a package using its customs declaration number. Also, for Priority Mail® pieces, customs declaration number can be used at usps.com to check delivery progress. - 2.3. Insurance
USPS does not offer any insurance for First-Class Mail® International.
USPS provides automatic indemnity coverage based on the weight of your package for Priority Mail® International, and Express Mail® International. Additional optional insurance is also available for these shipping methods and may be purchased. Its cost depend on destination country and is equal to USPS Rate.
- Shipping and Handling Charges
- Our charges are based on USPS rates and are slightly higher in order to cover handling time and expences on shipping supplies. Please note that USPS changes their rates every year so we have to adjust our charges accordingly.
